Held concurrently and in the same venue as the 2026 Zhengzhou International Hotel Supplies & Catering Expo (HOTELEX Zhengzhou), this exhibition adopts the theme of “Frozen Food + New Ecosystem, A New Future for the Whole Industry Chain”. Boasting an expanded total exhibition area of 70,000 square meters, it gathers over 600 exhibitors across the full‑industry chain including Sanquan, Shuanghui, Anjoy, Synear, Qianwei Central Kitchen and Guoquan Shihui. It is expected to draw more than 50,000 professional visitors. One ticket grants access to five exhibitions, making it the premier annual event for catering ingredients and cold‑chain equipment in Central China.
