The fully automatic bubble cleaning machine is an integrated continuous food pre-processing washing equipment combining bubble surfing tumbling and high-pressure spray flushing, specially designed for deep decontamination of fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood and agricultural dry goods. A high-pressure air pump at the bottom generates dense tiny bubbles, and the bursting impact of bubbles peels off sediment, insect eggs, pesticide residues and impurities on the material surface. Cooperated with the full-coverage top high-pressure spray system, it realizes double deep cleaning. Adopting mesh belt continuous conveying operation, the equipment automatically completes the whole process of feeding, bubble tumbling cleaning, high-pressure spray flushing, clean water rinsing and uniform discharging. Equipped with an intelligent frequency conversion speed regulation system, the conveying speed, air volume and spray water pressure can be adjusted according to different material hardness and cleaning requirements. The standard multi-stage water circulation filtration system realizes sewage precipitation, filtration and recycling to save water greatly.
