本设备为连续式螺旋压榨榨汁一体机，集成物料破碎、螺旋推送、高压挤压、汁渣自动分离全套工序。物料经进料口送入破碎机构切碎细化，再由变频螺旋蛟龙逐级加压挤压，果汁通过滤网渗出流入集汁槽，果渣从尾部自动干渣排出。整机由 PLC 系统调控压榨压力、推送速度，可实现连续 24 小时不间断进料压榨，出汁率高、渣体干燥，有效解决手工榨汁效率低、汁水分离不彻底、卫生不达标等问题。可单独单机使用，也可对接清洗机、杀菌机、灌装线组成完整果汁深加工流水线。

This machine is a continuous integrated spiral press juicer, integrating material crushing, spiral conveying, high-pressure squeezing and automatic juice-residue separation. Raw materials are cut and refined by the crushing unit after feeding, then progressively compressed by variable-frequency screw shaft. Juice seeps out through filter screen into juice collecting tank, while dry pomace is automatically discharged from the tail. Controlled by PLC system to adjust pressing pressure and feeding speed, it supports 24-hour non-stop continuous production with high juice yield and dry residue. It solves the drawbacks of low efficiency, incomplete separation and poor sanitation of manual juicing. It can work standalone or connect with washing machines, pasteurizers and filling lines to form a complete deep-processing juice production line.
