I. Project Objectives
For semi-finished/processed food products: complete primary packaging → inspection → cartoning → case sealing → palletizing fully automated; replace manual packing/cartoning to reduce labor; compatible with multi-spec changeover across bags, bottles and cans.

- U-shaped layout: For small floor areas; material in/out on the same side; many Southeast Asian legacy plants prefer U-shape.

VI. Southeast Asia Adaptation Points
- All product-contact parts in 304 stainless steel; moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant upgrade for motors and electrical components in hot-humid environments.
- Fast changeover: Southeast Asian clients often have many product specs — equipment must support 15–30 minute quick changeover between specs.
- Simplify complex mechanisms where possible for easier local maintenance.
- Modular split: for limited budgets, clients can start with the back-end cartoning + palletizing section, and add primary packaging later.
