This commercial refiner integrates automatic feeding, high-speed crushing, ultra-fine grinding, automatic slurry-residue separation and secondary regrinding of coarse residues, supporting both dry and wet materials processing. It adopts high-speed moving and fixed grinding wheels for shearing and friction to realize ultra-fine cell wall breaking. The finished slurry is smooth and particle-free, while bean dregs are automatically discharged through the slag outlet without manual filtering. Built-in anti-overflow flow guide structure prevents blockage and slurry overflow during continuous feeding. Equipped with overload protection and waterproof motor, it supports long-term non-stop operation. The fineness of final slurry can be adjusted by modifying the gap between grinding wheels. It can work alone or connect with soaking tanks, boiling barrels, tofu forming machines and pressing machines to form full-automatic bean product production lines, completing raw material grinding for soybean milk, tofu, rice noodles and starch, replacing low-efficiency traditional stone mills.
