Copper wire, wood base. I created this piece in late 2008. For this work, I aimed to convey both the industrial heaviness of an airplane, but also the cloudlike floating quality you feel when you’re in one.

This fully automatic integrated production line is specially designed for high-viscosity thick liquids, integrating vertical volumetric filling machine and automatic labeling machine. It realizes full-process automatic operations including automatic filling, precise metering, intelligent sealing and automatic labeling. Targeted at solving industrial problems such as splashing, dripping and inaccurate metering of pastes and thick sauces, the equipment is widely used in standardized mass production of honey, various nourishing pastes, fruit tea and jam, serving as an optimal device for large-scale and refined production of food and nourishing paste enterprises.
二、精准容积计量系统｜高精度稳量灌装
设备采用成熟稳定的容积计量灌装技术，摆脱传统称重式、流量式灌装的环境干扰弊端，灌装精度稳定控制在±1%。核心优势为抗环境干扰能力强，无需因昼夜温差、物料温度变化频繁调试设备系统，长时间量产仍可保持恒定灌装精度，大幅降低设备调试成本与人工运维成本。搭配容积计量泵无极调速功能，可根据不同浓稠度物料、不同灌装容量自由调节灌装速度，适配性极强。
Aiming at the filling characteristics of high-viscosity paste liquids, the machine is equipped with an immersive lifting filling structure. During operation, the filling head extends to the bottom of the bottle to discharge materials, completely avoiding material splashing and bottle wall adhesion. Meanwhile, it adopts automatic slow lifting technology with liquid level, the filling nozzle rises slowly with the liquid level to maintain a stable filling state throughout the process. The filling head is equipped with a special mechanical locking device, which can accurately lock materials immediately after filling, fundamentally solving dripping, wire drawing and hanging problems of pastes and thick liquids, keeping bottles and equipment clean, reducing material waste and improving finished product yield.
四、智能伺服控制系统｜操作便捷易调试
整机搭载全自动伺服驱动系统与一体化智能触控控制系统，自动化程度高、操作极简。设备支持快速清洗、快速换款、参数一键调节，无需复杂拆机调试。日常调整灌装容量、更换生产物料、切换产品规格，仅需在触摸屏上设定对应参数即可完成适配，无需专业技术人员操作。伺服驱动运行平稳、响应精准，搭配无极调速功能，运行噪音低、故障率低，适配工厂长时间连续量产作业。
The whole machine is equipped with a full-automatic servo drive system and integrated intelligent touch control system, featuring high automation and simple operation. It supports quick cleaning, quick model replacement and one-click parameter adjustment without complicated disassembly and debugging. Daily adjustment of filling volume, replacement of production materials and switching of product specifications can be completed by setting parameters on the touch screen, no professional technicians are required. The servo drive operates stably with precise response and stepless speed regulation, low operation noise and low failure rate, suitable for long-term continuous mass production in factories.

Customized for high-viscosity, wire-drawing and wall-hanging fluid materials, the production line has a wide range of material adaptability and meets the filling production needs of various food pastes and liquids. 生产线搭载一体化全自动贴标设备，与灌装主机无缝联动，灌装完成后的成品瓶体可自动输送至贴标工位，完成自动纠偏、定位、贴标、压标全自动化作业。贴标精度高、不起皱、无气泡、贴合平整，适配圆瓶、方瓶、异形瓶等多种瓶型标签贴合需求，让成品外观统一规整，提升产品货架档次与市场竞争力，实现灌装、贴标一站式成品产出。
Equipped with an integrated automatic labeling machine, the production line works seamlessly with the filling main unit. The filled bottles are automatically conveyed to the labeling station to complete full-automatic operations of deviation correction, positioning, labeling and pressing. It features high labeling accuracy, no wrinkles, no bubbles and flat fitting, suitable for labeling round bottles, square bottles and special-shaped bottles. It unifies and standardizes finished product appearance, improves shelf grade and market competitiveness, realizing one-stop finished product output of filling and labeling.
