The full-automatic vertical granule packing machine is an integrated vertical form-fill-seal equipment that completes automatic bag forming, quantitative weighing, material filling, heat sealing, cutting and counting in one continuous process. Equipped with high-precision cup measuring or vibration feeding system, it realizes accurate quantitative filling for granular materials. With servo film pulling system and intelligent temperature control sealing structure, it supports back seal, 3-side seal and 4-side seal bag types. Controlled by PLC system, packing speed, bag length and weighing parameters can be adjusted in one click. Fully automatic unattended operation solves the problems of low efficiency, large weight error, uneven sealing and poor sanitation caused by manual packaging. It can work independently or connect with feeding machines, weight checkers, coding machines and case packers to form a full automatic granule packaging line.
